Bedrock Psychology Group is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO and Aetna insurance plans. For all other providers, we are considered an out-of-network provider. We provide monthly "superbills" that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend verifying your specific benefits prior to your first appointment.

What to expect 

For clients not using BCBS PPO insurance, we will provide a Good Faith Estimate in accordance with the No Surprises Act. Rates for individual therapy and marriage / couples counseling  vary by insurance plan. Please contact our Northbrook office for a current fee schedule.

What to expect 

Once you contact us via form or phone, we’ll schedule a brief (free) phone all to ensure we’re a good fit. Then, you’ll register on our secure client portal. Your first full session is a 50-55 minute intake, during which we’ll review your history and discuss your goals. After that, we'll find ideal times for ongoing therapy sessions.

Yes, we offer in-person appointments at our Northbrook, IL office, serving residents of Deerfield, Glenview, Glencoe, Northfield, Wilmette, and Highland Park. We also provide HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions to clients in most U.S. states, making it easier for busy professionals and families to access care from anywhere.
